Just extract them from the pkg file

 

Edit : Forget that, PKG Extractor says its incomplete and wont open it.

I just renamed bg61_dlc40.pac (survivor series), put it in the bg folder and manually updated the arc. From what I can tell, the pac should work fine

Hmm. So how do I enable the NPCs on this DLC? It just dawned on me the dlc characters are not in the save file.
