AI even dumber since last update?

I know this game isn't hard after a while but the AI is thick as shit when I play now. I had decent sliders before but they were not working so well so I defaulted everything and it's even worse now.

I literally saw the cpu just stand and stare at my character for almost a minute without even moving!

Anyone got any new sliders?

Sliders only adjust amount of damage or reversals they will deal/perform, don't think it makes the AI any less dumb than they are.
