The eyes and nose are bugging me. I feel like the nose is lacking some detail and the general shape of the eye needs tweaked.

That's so fucking good. I thought the original attempt was good, but this is crazy. One small thing is that his right eye is a little higher than his left. Just enough to make it noticeable.
