The 4th Doctor Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 Future Stars Pack to be temporarily pulled from digital storesWARNING: DO NOT DOWNLOAD the Future Stars Pack for WWE 2K16 if you play Universe Mode, as it will affect that mode's saved data file.As the development team continues working on the patch fix for the Universe Mode save issue connected to the Future Stars Pack, we wanted to offer an update for the weekend.1) We are imminently pulling the Future Stars Pack DLC from the Xbox One and Xbox 360 digital stores. We will restore the DLC pack once the patch fix is ready for release. When we have a release date and time for the patch fix, we will let the community know as soon as possible.2) We are exploring removal of the Future Stars Pack DLC from the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 digital stores. Again, we will update the community on the patch fix release date and timing, as well as DLC availability on the digital stores.We are temporarily removing the Future Stars Pack to prevent further players from losing saved data in Universe Mode. You're right that it's been a pattern in recent years where DLC would cause some sort of issue in the base game, but they would usually have a patch ready which would address those issues by the time the next DLC becomes available. I'd presume that they give something for compensation to the consumer in the meantime at the very least, or it's just wishful thinking from me. Quote

I'd presume that they give something for compensation to the consumer in the meantime at the very least, or it's just wishful thinking from me. unless you count the wwe 13 dlc after 2k got the license but yeah it's pretty big. i mean dlc has that potential to have issues but i've never heard of it getting like this before Yah everytime I turn off my system Universe completely resets.Hope they get it sorted in the next week or so!i feel sorry for you xbox people since someone told me you can't save to usb at all. atleast on ps4 you can copy saves to usb. as long as you didn't use that usb save and deleted and reinstalled game data without that dlc your save was fine. Still pretty shitty though, especially considering this game was already plagued by glitches to begin with >_> Quote
