XBOX One: Universe Broken after DLC?

Wondering if anyone else had this?

After I snagged the DLC my universe was screwed, it reverted back to the original shows, but kept my superstars. Anytime I tried to change or delete anything on the calendar universe would crash and send me back to the main menu. The only way to fix it is to reset my universe?

Bit bummed, took me awhile to get that all set up. and now it's gone just so I can claim the DLC that I had paid for 4 months ago.....

Happen to anyone else?

yep and on ps4 too. i don't know if you guys can back up to flash drives on x1 but i always back up my data after a ppv. my solution was to delete the game data reinstall/download and copy my saved data on the flash drive from 1/23/2016 to my ps4 and everything was as it was (just was a few weeks behind where my universe was)

I'm happy I waited to start Universe Mode this year. I believe we can back up saves from flash drives. I did it on 2k15

yeah i was sure you could since the 360 could do it. but i mean you can delete DLC directly. on PS4 you have to delete the entire game data.

I just restarted it, oh well.

Kinda lame but it's just a video game.

on ps4 you have to delete the game data. if xbox one is like 360 was, then the dlc pack should be listed under 2k16 in the hard drive as dlc pack 3 or something like that

Okay. Thanks! I've finally got the season pass... now no matter what I do. Every time I change the rivals and allies, the game keeps resetting everything

yeah i don't know what options you have. you don't need to have the Future Stars Pack installed that's what's causing the problem. if you can delete the DLC and start from scratch that would probably be your only solution

yah so now universe resets itself every time I turn the game off....
