WWE 2K16, One of the best ever??

This game definitely has its problems, Universe mode blows, career is boring as hell, no create a story mode, no entrances online, no custom music, 6 man matches are a lag fest & or can't even happen because you get split, bunch of match types aren't in, no lobbies.... so many negatives, but I still have to admit, I love this game, it has so much potential, & in my opinion we have the best creative mode ever..caws, creative belts, creative arenas, by far the best ever, the way the game looks, the overall flow of the game is amazing imo, online play, "4 or less players" is pretty damn good too...I feel like we're still a year or two away from "THAT GAME YOU MUST HAVE" but ultimately I love this game, one of my favorites, or even maybe my favorite of all time??? I am a creator, so maybe that's why I love this game so much, because the creativity that we can do, is absolutely amazing to me in this game...I'm old school, been around for thousands of years 😉 lol.. & have played every wrestling game ever made, so with that said, I have to say, this is probably my favorite wrestling game of all time, "so far that is"...how do you all feel? #BadDudes #TheLegend

It's shit. It barely seems to use the power of the machine, yet it looks and plays sluggish. Controls are often unresponsive. AI is again retarded. Creation modes are still full of the same flaws as the last year. Face photo capture was a nice step forward, but other than that, it's the same old shit and still lacks the match types and customisation of games that came over a decade before on inferior systems. Then you get onto the community. What a cesspool it's become. Worse than ever for stealing and disrespecting people. This game left a sour taste in the mouth, and it's only 3 months old.

i enjoy the game. i enjoy using a dummy universe save to get the cutscenes i want to implement into my videos. it isn't perfect and i never cared about my career. my career is the main reason universe is neglected. the more people care about that the more universe will continue to get neglected. the same people blaming universe for being bad are those same people that complained about story collection last year which was a good way to get the cutscenes/stories you wanted but it is what it is i guess *shrugs*

Have you played MyCareer? The PS4 cries like a little bitch by just being in the menu. I do however agree that 2K15 looked better visually, maybe not the models, but the overall look at it with background blur etc. Retarded AI and match customisation is something they need to work on, and maybe fix MyCareer or just swap it with 24/7 mode and it could be the best game ever. It's definitely the best one since SvR days.

can't tell you how many times i got to the 3rd level of Wily Castle in Mega Man 3 on NES and the game would either freeze up or reset itself. no auto save to help and entering the wily castle password would start you all the way at the bottom of the castle. Another 4 hour journey. man those were the days

I think a lot of people say a game isn't good because of its flaws. I look at whats good first, because no game is perfect. 2K16 is really good, and it has some flaws, which can be said about a lot of games, but they still might not be as good.

WWE 2K16 is the best game in the series so far, just like 2K17, 2K18, 2K19 etc. will be the best so far upon their release. It's an unpopular opinion but the games have only gotten better each year. It might not be everyone's favourite WWE game, but that doesn't mean it's not the best game. Every WWE game has had its problems, 2K16 is no different.

When it comes to creativity, WWE13 & WWE2K14 Were the best. I Iike the creation suite in 2k16 but due to the bugs, that prevents it from being the best. Gameplay wise it's fun. These games are usually a 2 steps forward and a step back type of deal.

I'm pretty pleased with it. There are a few things that I don't like (would it be so hard to create an EWR-like interface for My Universe, or at least to have pieces of storyline that branch instead of just the SAME story over and over), but I don't have the hate that a lot of people have. I wish the number of logos allowed was equal to max number on 100 created wrestlers (the "delete game" to download now is sort of not a mini-game I wanted), but I've enjoyed gameplay and CAW mode quite a bit. I don't play online matches, so I can't comment on that, but local multiplayer is smooth. I've seen a few warp glitches, but nothing major. 

I certainly prefer it to 15, and to 14. It's the best SVR/WWE 2K game to date. IMHO. If they'd add just a little to the story creation in My Universe, and they'd create an AI editing function for CAWs, and maybe make it so you can tweak so that a finisher ends a match, I think the series could be the best ever. There hasn't been a Fire Pro in a long time, and some people playing now haven't even seen No Mercy.

It's prevalent by this excessive need of being the center of attention whether it be stealing textures from notable creators to legitimize one's own creation or by trying to gain notoriety by being a fly-by knight who claims of doing the community a service but failing to overlook they're doing more harm than good (Iceman5533). This God complex of satiating one's ego to verify their existence is the plague which has ultimately ruined this franchise, at least for this year's iteration. It was perhaps the worst year in terms of the community because some members didn't take into account what's best for the community by failing to acknowledge the current state of affairs.
