Game Freezes When I Choose Rivals

For some reason, when I want to choose rivals for a story, the game just goes into this never-ending loading ... It doesn't show the selection screen...

 

Please help.. :(

I just had the same problem, I had to reset universe mode but after I did that rivalries worked fine.

Happens with me too.,..sim a year...I got mine fixed by doing this...

Same, what fixed it for me was taking the female's titles out of all my universe shows and vacating the title since my entire roster is set to male expect for Tony Chimel.
