Disappearing hit point & stamina gauge?

I have no idea. They are both turned on in options, but in my universe mode PPV they are off in match. They are on in exhibition matches.

This is very fucking frustrating because I'm trying to record and it looks stupid with them off.

dont know about Universe, but that happens to me sometmes online during practice sometimes it shows up sometimes it doesnt, but i dont never mess around in Universe mode

How do you usually progress in Universe Mode? Do you pause the game and select "Next Match" or back out and play each match one by one on the match card?

I simulate the ones I don't care about and play the ones I care about, if I am going to play two matches and they are next to each other I will just press next match.

I personally play without a Stamina and Hit Gauge on Legend Difficulty with custom sliders, but that's just my preference. I felt the HUD ever since last year was took too cumbersome and took a large portion of the screen away. I just need to know if I have my signature and finisher, and I'm good to go. 

Anyways, is it making a difference if you back out and play each match individually instead of selecting "Next Match?"

Nope. If I go to the next event it works out though, just kind of very annoying having to skip PPV's like that.

i always select next match but have never run across this problem. i did however have a problem when i turned limited reversals off and when i tried to turn it back on universe still thought it was off.  i ended up having to reset universe to fix it and never touched that again

this. I think Universe gets stuck with your settings sometimes. Although it usually clears up when I go to the next event, i never had to reset
