Best way to apply facepaint

Hey guys, Just a quick one. What is the best way to apply custom image facepaint? i.e Jeff hardy? As when i apply my texture 512 x 512 it just stretches and looks all out of preportion. Is there a way around this? * Xbox One*

cut the face paint in half and do it that way
