Okay? But if it weren't for Iceman's spitefulness, there would have been no way for it to have gotten leaked on 2K to begin with. I just don't see how people can condone his actions. Like others have said, 2K would have had a slim chance of patching it, had they not known how to replicate it, which is why this glitch was carried over from last years edition. Now that it's blatantly obvious as to how to do it, you can bet on a potential patch coming.

People like you are the reason "this forum has become what it has" Especially when you can defend guys that bully around and harass people from their own community just because they wanted the steps for a simple glitch.

 

Did people make and post caws last year using the trick?

 

I believe icemans logic was - as soon as the trick was shared out and people started post in pictures and uploading.  They were tweeted directly to 2k16 and wwegames and they acknowledged these images.  So they knew about it from that point on.  

So hes thinking, let everyone know the secret and get loads of caws made rather than just a select few making some.   If it was going to be patched at all, the point at which they were aware was when threads started popping up.   It was also a big F U to people talking down to him and treating him like he was a nobody who hasn't earnt any respect over the years as a creator and shouldnt have the trick... even more so when other people who knew the trick had explained they had been bullied into not sharing because it by people stating that it "would affect their downloads".   Hardly anything to do with secrets and patches.  

 

If the secret was going to come out this year then what should have been done was it only gets shared between respected trustworthy creators.  They all agree to not post anything publicly and not upload anything.  Not even teasers.  Then once the final patch and dlc is here they can all go crazy, let everyone know the trick and upload everything.  NOTHING should have been posted before the final dlc.   That's where this was let down and that was the point 2k16 heard something was going on.

I don't see why you're trying to defend him, dude. He acted like a petulant child that didn't get what he wanted. He didn't do anyone any favors. Matter of fact, he probably ruined it for everyone.

I doubt anyone was "bullied" into not sharing it. A simple "hey don't share it with anyone" is simply all that is needed for people to get the hint. Also, how would everyone knowing affect anyone's downloads? People are going to download what they want whether 5 people know or 1000 people know. Just a typical excuse for Iceman to get WLF on his side by doing something as he claims is "good for the community" When in fact, he's ruined it at this point. Just look at all the negativity that's happened in the community since the glitch was exposed.

Yeah, just knowing it exist, it still hard for developpers to fix it because they need to replicate the glitch in order to find the problem that cause it. Now that Iceman made the steps to do the glitch public, the developpers should be able to find the fix now.

That glitch existed in 2K15 and people made Finn Balor CAW in peace and they never could had found how to fix it. Now, everything is ruined because 1 guy was jealous and angry he didn't how to do it.

again iceman did not post the tutorial on the 2k forums. you're barking up the wrong tree but considering what this forum has become it doesn't surprise me at all

You need reading comprehension. I never said Iceman posted in the 2K forum. I just said he made it public to everyone. Which led to a random guy deciding to copy/paste his tutorial in the 2K forum, so he is indirectly the source of all this.

only really have to worry about if they patch the hands because u can do the glitch multiple ways including head & body parts the only thing it needs is the hands part. 

say if they only fix the hood that it showed in tut. video and the one hand part it shows then we good, cause u can use the other hand part and any item on head or torso to make the glitch work

true but i doubt they'll do that, unless they did that on 2k15 when trying to patch it, but again people said they could still do it after patch, so they must've only fixed it the one way and not every way u can do it.

2K with or without iceman's tut would have seen the caW's that go up on Cc and if they wanted to patch they will.

I don't think Iceman's tut made a difference to be honest.

If people wanted to keep it a secret no one should have posted any cas with the glitch in the first place.2K are not dumb
