Sunny Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 You sure you didn't upload a picture of a bloody penis? You have to admit you're into some weird shit. 1
mrelectriccity Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 You sure you didn't upload a picture of a bloody penis? You have to admit you're into some weird shit.lol na i dont go quiet that far lol, only thing i could think of is maybe one of my glitched caw, yeah other than making other video game characters or making superstars other video game characters, i like to do a lot of gore/horror scary caw but there's a lot of people who like that kinda thing. i also like to do a lot o 3d & glowing tats which i haven't really done on 2k16 besides future astronaut it looks kinda cool
Bob_Van_Dam Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 You're not a terrible person but do you HAVE to post your creations in every thread in this section? It just gets annoying. 1

There is a video tutorial? As far as I know, there's only a text tutorial. Haven't seen a video tutorial.
Sunny Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing those tutorials pop up soon. In fact, they already have started making their way. This is what 1v1redslime and Status were trying to prevent in the first place. I am shocked to learn this came from a mod of all people. You must uphold some type of responsibility on your shoulders to prevent these type of leaks. Who would have known a mod would be responsible in instigating it in the first place and trying to rally people on his side by providing bullshit reasons like "so and so" want their egos stroked? Truly disgusting and highly unethical.
thelastcall Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 (edited) It was the Iceman5353 guy that posted it out of spite. Thought people were hiding it to boost their "egos" and have it be their clame to "fame". Dude even bullied a fellow member of his own forum. Sad world. Watch a bunch of people reply to me shitting on me.(not literally)What a true asshole. Bully fellow members then has the audacity to call people childish after he sits on his ass bullying someone for a glitch just to post it on that forum that is obviously biased towards him. Kma. As if he's done something great for the community. Talk about an ego boost.. Edited January 7, 2016 by thelastcall 2
Auday Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 The caws made using the glitch and uploaded will be usable. Last year they patched the tattoos on hands/arms thing and people weren't able to use the glitch again but the caws that where uploaded using the glitch were usable even after it got patched. And BTW even if it gets patched you guys will get an update, uninstall the update, do the glitch, re-install the update and bam you have it working. Just some workarounds from last year. 1
Sunny Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 But, that still doesn't mean those CAWS can be shared. You need the newest update to go online. If only there was a way to manipulate CAW save data, we wouldn't have to worry about patches ruining workarounds.

Sunny Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 It doesn't roll off the tongue yet, but I'll get the hang of it. You're elite level in all our books though. There's no denying that.
Auday Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 You have the update installed, you upload the logos and download them. Then you unisntall the update and create the superstar then you redownload the update and upload him. Think guys.
Sunny Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Funny enough, it didn't work last year when technically, it should have. Auday, you still have your PS4? Can you see if that works with the wristband glitch on last year's game? Although a bit more time consuming depending on the size of the update, in theory it should be able to work if you go offline in between so the patch doesn't download automatically. If it works, do you mind if I pin this method providing that you're credited for it? It's the least we can do to lift some spirits after today's events that there may be hope yet.
trh2 Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 I'll second the opinion that as soon as the glitch shared on which ever forum it was, the discoverer risked the chance of a patch. If regular everyday folks were figuring out how to do it, it wouldn't be long until 2k did, and who's to say they hadn't already figured it out? It took balls, but I have to agree with what Ice did. You can find numerous works on CC now, and until 2k themselves say this is being patched, more and more volume is going to be generated. You can take a handful of Finn Balor paint attires until Spring, or a plethora other wrestlers now, and a patch is not guaranteed. The PSA topic is misleading as hell btw.
Sunny Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 The likelihood of 2K discovering the workaround increased drastically when the method was shared. The proof is right above your post. If they hadn't taken the time to patch it in WWE 2K15, yet they did so with other workarounds because tutorials were shared, they wouldn't have patched this without any information. While a case can be made for your opinion, and let's say 2K knew about all this beforehand, it still doesn't portray Iceman or his actions positively because he dug his own grave by backstabbing the community, when he cut the hand which fed him.I'm afraid majority rules in this as this was the exact same thing most didn't want to happen. People are practically laughing and taking the piss out of what he did on Gamefaqs or the 2K Forums. If I'm the asshole for taking a different stand, then I'm an asshole, but you can't call a horde of others who stand by this assholes as well. While the self-interests of a few were furthered, it came at the expense of everyone, and there is nothing more selfish than that. And, maybe it is inevitable that every workaround is shared eventually, what's more sickening is that this was ruined by a contributor who did it out of spite who not only made a complete ass out of himself doing so by appointing bullshit reasons, but misrepresented the Legends Forum in the process. There is simply no defending this type of treachery no matter what angle you want to look at it from. He certainly made more enemies than friends by that revelation and that wiped whatever good reputation he ever had off clean. A sane man wouldn't want that on his conscience. Games are as serious as you take them, and just basing off the numerous threads opened here daily, it's pretty serious. 1

HiryuMK Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 (edited) Yeah, just knowing it exist, it still hard for developpers to fix it because they need to replicate the glitch in order to find the problem that cause it. Now that Iceman made the steps to do the glitch public, the developpers should be able to find the fix now. That glitch existed in 2K15 and people made Finn Balor CAW in peace and they never could had found how to fix it. Now, everything is ruined because 1 guy was jealous and angry he didn't know how to do it. Edited January 7, 2016 by HiryuMK 1
the King Lives Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Some idiot posted a tut somewhere(you can probably guess where) out of spite. So if you have some stuff in mind, get it done soon.I know I might get called an idiot for spreading this info, but it's posted on that certain place for fuck's sake.you are stupid. first off . iceman did not post that on the 2k forums so take your anger and bitterness elsewhere. Yeah, just knowing it exist, it still hard for developpers to fix it because they need to replicate the glitch in order to find the problem that cause it. thelastcall Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 (edited) Okay? But if it weren't for Iceman's spitefulness, there would have been no way for it to have gotten leaked on 2K to begin with. I just don't see how people can condone his actions. Like others have said, 2K would have had a slim chance of patching it, had they not known how to replicate it, which is why this glitch was carried over from last years edition. Now that it's blatantly obvious as to how to do it, you can bet on a potential patch coming.People like you are the reason "this forum has become what it has" Especially when you can defend guys that bully around and harass people from their own community just because they wanted the steps for a simple glitch. Joseph Joestar Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 No one is saying Iceman posted it to 2k's forum, chill out.I don't see why you're trying to defend him, dude. He acted like a petulant child that didn't get what he wanted. He didn't do anyone any favors. Matter of fact, he probably ruined it for everyone. 4

Did people make and post caws last year using the trick? I believe icemans logic was - as soon as the trick was shared out and people started post in pictures and uploading. They were tweeted directly to 2k16 and wwegames and they acknowledged these images. So they knew about it from that point on. So hes thinking, let everyone know the secret and get loads of caws made rather than just a select few making some. If it was going to be patched at all, the point at which they were aware was when threads started popping up. It was also a big F U to people talking down to him and treating him like he was a nobody who hasn't earnt any respect over the years as a creator and shouldnt have the trick... even more so when other people who knew the trick had explained they had been bullied into not sharing because it by people stating that it "would affect their downloads". Hardly anything to do with secrets and patches. If the secret was going to come out this year then what should have been done was it only gets shared between respected trustworthy creators. They all agree to not post anything publicly and not upload anything. Not even teasers. Then once the final patch and dlc is here they can all go crazy, let everyone know the trick and upload everything. NOTHING should have been posted before the final dlc. That's where this was let down and that was the point 2k16 heard something was going on. Edited January 7, 2016 by KRadiation 1
