Problem injecting renders

I am compressing and injecting renders like always.

opening menuHD_dlc.pac file and usin compress and inject function

But i am getting this error "Zlib file must be the same size as the original. Cannot compress the file enough"

The file i am injecting is a DTX1 dds file and has the same size of the renders files i have injected before in other slots.

I think i have solved this issue in the past but i can't remember how.

Any idea?
