I Have one question what numbers I write when I want to replace in game Naomi with TEAM B.A.D It's written 13100 - 50700 - Team B.A.D so what numbers to I write in Cheat Engine's pozzums minitron table?

If we make the minitrons same size as the original ones we can replace them using xpacker 8...there is no need to do so much hex editing

well yeah, but every single byte has to be the same, or everything will screw up, so it's safe to hex edit
