WWF Legends Fan Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 (edited) @bugsyboy @Dbo2700 @Red Rooster @motishowOk so its not exactly an ultimate challange rather a begging plea, i chose the topic to get your attention heheeGUYS HELP ME ... thanks to Dbo2700 I've the best roster of CAWs, but I need Ultimate Warrior from 2k15 or 16 .. I'd buy Xpacker but seeing the tutorial I know I would never be able to use it .. Is there anyway you guys can send me a Warrior from 2k15 or 2k16 .. he is my all time favorite but his model in 2k14 looks like that charachter from golden axe 3, awful!Anyway you guys can put him in a folder which i could place some where in my game and play with him? I have a Jtag.HELPPPPPPPP Edited November 18, 2015 by XboxFan Quote
Dbo2700 Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Why do you think that you wouldn't be able to do it? You literally move two files to your desktop and push a button in Xpacker twice, then move 3 files to your system.Trust me. Xpacker is more than worth the price tag. Quote
WWF Legends Fan Posted November 18, 2015 Author Posted November 18, 2015 @dbo thanks you are always helping .. alright if you say so, can you pls send me the link of the exact tutorial that i will have to follow as there are so many tutorials i dont know which one will work for me. Quote
prowrestling Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Hey man, DBO is a really good guy, so is everyone else, but I think you should attempt to dig through the threads: http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/51483-modding-tutorial-resources-index/It would serve you better to learn the fundamentals, so you could have a better understanding to shape your roster as you desire. Trust me, you will want to install that legends game, and I'm sure it will probably require the same method like other community DLC. So, it's to your own benefit to read, sir. I understand how frustrating it can be, so let me help you by uploading the tool kit and warriors chpac from his 2k15 DLC http://www92.zippyshare.com/v/AX16fJVw/file.htmland also the first step is to decompress pac files. http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/51483-modding-tutorial-resources-index/Have Fun!!!! 1 Quote

You will have to copy all the game files and DLC onto your HDD as well as the Save Files which you will have to resign/rehash to your profile ID.Dont be to anxious about waiting for release, its at least a couple of months away Quote

WWF Legends Fan Posted November 18, 2015 Author Posted November 18, 2015 Hi, i've been trying to follow the instructions given in the tutorial .. however i dont understand thisPart One – Editing the SaveData.dat:1. You will need to extract your WWE 2K14 Save file. To do so, open ......2. Name and save the file. For simplicity’s sake, I’ve saved it to the desktop.3. Open the extracted file using the WWE 2K14 à Extracted Save à Wrestler InfoWhat is this step? I saved the file as in step 2 but what is step 3? how do i open it, with what? Quote
bugsyboy Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Open xpacker then open your extracted save file , you will have the choice between wrestler info or wrestlers moveset , chose the one you want to edit. Dont Worry about asking questions we all here to help. You on the right path and by the time legend come out all this will be easy for you 1 Quote

Dbo2700 Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 How did you get the game on a usb? that is a xex rip, right? *it is not DLC. you want to replace the in 14 model with the 16 model. 2 different things. You need to be looking on your USB for those files. Not the iso on your PC. Quote
bugsyboy Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 You Really need to go read in the modding tutorial section 1 Quote
WWF Legends Fan Posted November 19, 2015 Author Posted November 19, 2015 (edited) You Really need to go read in the modding tutorial section LOL bugsy, sorry i know i really have been annoying .. its ok, i will wait till your game is releasedHow did you get the game on a usb? that is a xex rip, right? *it is not DLC. you want to replace the in 14 model with the 16 model. 2 different things. You need to be looking on your USB for those files. Not the iso on your PC. I inserted the game dvd in my xbox and from there i installed the game on usb ... so my whole game is installed on my usb, i added dlc by pluging usb in my pc and moving dlcs to respective folder .. now i play the game via my usb on xbox, and when i put my usb on my pc it shows me the contents folder (and i dont see any pacs or arcs in subfolders) .. but its ok dbo, i have been acting like a crying baby lol, yeah thats my love for wwf and warrior ... you have helped me a lot already .. so forget the warrior, i'll get to play with all my favorites in bugsy's game, until then i'll be enjoying your save ... thanks! :-) Edited November 19, 2015 by XboxFan Quote
Dbo2700 Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 (edited) This tutorial covers how to replace a wrestler. http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/45665-x-packer-9-tutorial-adding-mods-using-the-misc-pac-editor/ Just skip the part about adding extra attires. I have no problem helping, it just gets a little frustrating when there is a tutorial already. You know? This process is pretty simple and takes a couple of minutes. You really should get familiar with it. If this gives you problems.... and you don't understand the difference between replacing files and DLC, you are going to be in bad shape when its time for the Legends game to get installed on your system.I highly encourage you to read the Modding Tutorial & Resourse Index section. Toward the bottom are the Xpacker9 specific Tuts. Even read the comments on those tutorials. I promise there is a person that has no idea what they are doing and is asking questions that will help you get familiar with the process/terminology that is used here. If it is LT then you can't mod the game.If it is JTAG then there is no need to burn the dvds you can rip the game from original disc and use xbox backup creator to transfer it to external hdd or internal hdd 1 Quote

motishow Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 the files (misc_start.pac and plist.arc) aren't on the USB . They are on the dvd game. Do you have the games on a external HDD ? Quote
