Can't upload any new logos

Hey guys, I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but every time I uploaded a new logo to the CC it is there. However, when I want to upload for everyone else to use and increase my ranking it only shows like 8 in the save slot and yet I have like 20+ logos. Is this is a glitch or something is up with the servers?
