Great start, especially on Scott.  Rick's a notoriously difficult caw, and the beard is throwing me a little....but as a starting point, awesome.

Rick's hair looks grey-ish which makes him look a lot older for the time frame you're going for.

 

Other than that, I love these and greatly appreciate you making them since they're easily my favorite tag team of all time.

Both looking good.  There is no 3D beard option for Rick? Something you could at least combine with the texture?

Steiners are uploaded. Tags are in first post.  I will probably make a second slot to go with the time frame of when they feuded with Harlem Heat and The Outsiders.  I'm willing to make other attires as well if I get good reference pics.
