Did someone else, like a friend or brother register your Xbox One as their home console? It's always feasible to have a USB plugged in just in case you want to back up your data, especially right after you're finished making a CAW. Any save could depend on if you did anything significant on the 14th. I'd say for you to just go with the newer save as you intentionally chose to overwrite the previous data you had.
