Test is on the right track. I like what you did in the mouth region especially shaping the jaw to accentuate the beard texture. I'd work on repositioning the cheeks to match with the head as it seems too wide. 

Because the head is wide, it exaggerates everything on the face. Test is a pretty big fellow with an elongation. He's not Taz or a short Bangladeshi where you can get away with wide heads. Also, there is something to be said about the eyes you've captured. Test has a deer in the headlights "dumb blonde" look in his eyes and I think it goes on length at your ingenuity for distinguishing that. It would help to further the brows apart and make the eyes closer and increase the height while also repositioning them on the y-axis, ultimately increasing their placement. The hair color is a given. I'm sure that was just a placeholder for the time being. But, overall a nice start which can turn out to be a decent Test CAW.

Please do explain the hypocrisy here???  If people don't feel it looks like him, then that's their opinion. Doesn't matter what pic you use. A picture doesn't automatically mean strong resemblance..  That's where being a good cawer comes into play.  You don't want people's opinion, don't post your caws..  If you put the caw pic and the actual pic side by side, you can tell it doesn't really resemble him.  The eyes, ears, forehead, face length, mouth.  It needs a good bit of work.
