That attire is fantastic, the hair is looking close to his current style as well.

 

Though, I would suggest to change the chinstrap beard to just a normal goatee. Apart from that I think it looks great.

My only suggestion would be to make the cranium underneath a good bit smaller, even if it looks weird when he's bald. It'll make the hair sit lower and probably a little more accurately. Great work though, honestly.

Thank you all for your comments, but unfortunately I can not make her haircut today found the color is too complicated suddenly my creation is finalized and I just posted I forgot if you edit my creation remember to touch the skin color before saving his Dinon removes color on the facial texture

you did great on the tights, i give ya that much 

 

but thats not hiroshi AT ALL 

the skin is too dark , looks like he stayed in a tanning bed for 30hours

and the face is................ kinda stereotype but 

 

the lips are too thick 

 

the hair is too brown , hroshi has black hair with orange or blonde highlighs .

 

or 

blonde hair with black roots

 

this needs major work

All I ever see you do is come in here and rip shit apart.  It is one thing to give honest feedback and try to help someone, but when you start your post out with Wrong, wrong, wrong then you probably aren't doing that.  I don't get people who are inherently negative all of the time like that.
