Save file with custom superstars

Hi guys, I've downloaded a save file with few cas. i do not mind using uploader's save as i dont have any data on my save. 

Can anyone tell me what do i do to play his save while keeping all his caws (cas files)?

do i need to refresh and resign each cas file or should i just do it with the save?

the list of characters is huge so i wanted to know if there was an easier way.
