Paige Titantron and entrance causing crash PC

Hi Guys,

I usually figure out the problems on my own but for some reason I can't seem to pinpoint what is happening. Randomly my game is freezing when selecting Titan-tron on edit entrance. It seems to freeze when i get to the page where Paige Titan-tron should be. Same happens on Champion entrance. I am not sure how Paige got on the Titan-tron list or champion list considering she is not part of the PC game, but can someone point me in the right direction to get rid of her or how to fix it. I deactivated her ch Id through x-packer and deleted her ch in plistWin32.def. Any Ideas Help please?
