Anyone know if your still able to pick up an opponent from the ground and end up behind them? Like if I wanted to pick up the character and perform a skull crushing finale without spinning them around?

In 2K15 instead of pushing up on the right joystick you would push it down, then you would lift him up and end up behind them, haven't tested this in 2K16 though.

Just tested, in this game you will just sit him up, so there doesn't seem to be any way to lift him up from behind

just hit down twice on the right stick, the first time it will sit them up and the 2nd time will pick them up. thats of course if ur not in a table match as it wont even pick them up and have to wait till they get up on their on or they reverse ur stomp or grapple. i've tried using the right stick to pick them up normally, and even hit B which picks up ur opponent in non pin matches and i think i've only got them to pick them up maybe twice out of 5 matches lol.

just like trying to pick up a weapon, can be standing right beside it and it wont pick it up, u have to walk all around steady cicking the button before it finally decides to pick it up. or like in the table match u walk up right in front of the table and hit the button instead of grabbing the table turns around takes a few steps and grabs chair underneath ring lol

Hold up on the righ stick it will pick them up, down on the right stick sits them up, then brings them to their knees. Don't click it.
