Does anyone know how to make it so that logos placed on the minitron and wall screens don't disappear during entrances?

 

For example, my arena looks like this before the entrance hits, with logos over the minitron and wall - which is exactly how it should look:

 

It looks fine until the entrance hits, when it goes to this:

 

Is there a fix to this?

Nopety nope.

This issue was there in WWE13 when they introduced the ability to edit the whole arena. Then 2K14 had the logo sizing issue on the aprons. Then on next gen 2K15 the mode was gone altogether.

Thought that maybe when it came back to 2K16 it would have ironed out all the issues. The ability to use uploaded images is superb, as is it now being on a point system as opposed to limiting the number of images used. Can't honestly believe that the minitron issue is still there.

Are there any good substitute stages for it?

Well thats the way its supposed to be, when someone walks to the ring their graphics will fill up screens and light the arena.

You can however change the minitron of the individual CAW or superstar to arena
