Is there a restriction on Arena uploads? Mines don't show up

I'm trying to upload a few arenas that I created but when I go to upload, it doesn't show anything. 

 

I'm using my own logos, etc.. Is there issue with some of the parts (Backlash stage) being locked at the beginning? CC has been really out of wack so if anyone knows a way to fix it that'd be great.

I uploaded a wrestling belt i made, and maybe some logos (I really don't know if those get uploaded to a public CC for other people to download or not)

Did you fill up your five upload slots? I'm not sure if you get five for each section but if you filled up your five you're screwed for now

All my slots are empty

Yeah, I give up. I keep recreating them with different logos etc, and it still doesn't show up to upload.
