Question about rivalries in mycareer

So twice I've had Goldust attack me on 2 separate occasions to so that's 2 feuds have had with him, I know you can brush him off and not bother with the feud but I'm wondering if the rankings are going to play a part with regards to feuds, for example I see that Lesnar is 94 rating and that he's currently a number 1 contender for the WWE title, which basically means that he's going to eliminate pretty much everyone which also means if he's number 1 contender he's going to constantly attack me when it comes to feuds. Does anyone have this issue?
