I dont know about psx emulators, sorry. Well actually i think you can just use epsxe with the pec plugin.

ok, i have a bit of usage behind my belt on the emulators the psx emu has a function where you can add gs codes i have a bit of them in, or at least it should

epsxe was supposed to be a good one, and it had that gs code file, but when i had it, i couldnt find one set of plug-ins, so i never found out if it worked or not..fyi
