Its going to take some work to get the weapons on however, and you will prob. need to use the 12 tables code or something to get a nice amount of tables to stack. To get the weapons to the top all you have to do is basicly stack the tables inside the ring untill you can get high enough so that you can just put another table on top of the stack, then throw it on top of the cell.
