I though it woud be like last years and it comes in different DLC´s.

EDIT:

I just opnned the acelerator in Hex and it says: PreOrder (582:POT1 / 583:POT2)..Arnold ‘The Terminator’ Pack

But openning it with X-Packer only says acelerator, so it´s like you said.

Yes, the preorder bonuses are in this catalog file as well. The catalog format has changed, hence it is not readable in X-Packer 10.
