WWE 2K16 first look (Xbox 360 / PS3)

Earlier today I had the chance to check out the 360 and PS3 version of the game. Here's a quick look at what to expect ahead of tomorrows release.

I still don't think the last gen models are all that bad. The game seems to be the same as 2k15 but of course with the slight updates. If I didn't have my xb1 I damn sure would have this copy and love it the same lol watching raw now with owens match and that Kevin owens model looks great

....Makes me curious about using parts from 360 version of the game in the pc version. I discovered last week that ao_maps can work on older models parts so it would be fun to see what will work and what won't until the pc version comes out.

atleast rollins has the right hair. and yeah the models don't look bad at all for last gen

true but still they look comparable enough that you can't really say that last gen models sucks lol

I think a lot of people will be suprised at how good these models look. It's like they've decided to step it up a little this year to try and sell a few more copies!

Glad I'm not the only one. The allure of Superstar Threads always brings me back to the last gen. Picking up my PS4 version at midnight, tho!

I have to say ...the models look pretty good...specially the skin colors in last gen version is spot on...this is where next gen wwe games failed...

lazy as hell at times lol I use to move it but after 10 times I was like that's enough. I'm playing 2k16 now tho so I might be moving the xb1 if its as good as I think its gonna be

It was possible with the old gen models from wwe'12 to 2k15. I would be suprised if it would not possible with the 2k16 models. However it was no easy to convert them. I was looking at that last night and was able to figure out a couple of things from it, but now I just need to fix one problem and yeah it will be possible to play last gen models in the pc version (With some editing of the maps and models of course).

I tried this a few month ago, but only the legs of my imported model where visible^^ i must admit that i'm not that familiar with models and there textures

Been playing through the showcase mode on 360. Oh another Undertaker match, oh and now another Rock match...etc. etc. Wow, loads of Owen Hart video...oh wait, yeah, you can't play those matches.

So glad we're working on this Legends game  . 16 is way better than last year's effort though. Has all the tag calls in which is great: Powers of Pain, British Bulldogs, Steiner Bros etc. etc. Shame there's no Fink to Announce. Also any idea why Macho has NO robe on last-gen. Hilarious.

Custom Music coming back to last gen was a surprise.  All in all it just a big DLC pack for our Legends game. Anvil looks great and some other really nice new models.

Yeah, I was was also pleasantly surprised by the custom soundtracks. Also happy that Sgt. Slaughter has his older school look. Just gotta touch up those textures. Did notice that they didn't give the legends ribbon movies. That's a bit of a bummer, especially when WWE has some for Bret and Steamboat among others...
