Which make me think because We saw that we can put an title on a line on exhibition, But not in universe thoughAnd the thing is... I usually just set the rivalries and let the AI set the matches. The gameplay and creation suite is the most important aspects of the game imo Quote

It does seem like 2k neglect the universe mode and then add small features without really thinking about the consequences right at the last minute. I guess My Career gets priority over everything.
