I think you will have to go to main menu and get cheat engine. Unlock the hex value for that wrestler ans save changes. Once you have that then go in Universe Mode and go to free agents they should be there. You will have to add them back in to the roster.

You could reset the tag team data or universe data to default from within the game, but it'll delete all the changes you've made from the default setup.

Here is something you could try (I'm not sure if it'll work as I haven't tried and especially because the Wyatt Family is such a special case so something else could be influencing it, but it's a theory). Note that it'll replace any other teams you may have put in the default slot of the Wyatt Family:

1. Set Steam to start in Offline mode via the "Go Offline" option or a command line argument, restart it, then exit steam.

2. Backup your savegame (found in your \Steam\userdata\<userID>\240460\remote folder) somewhere safe and remove it from the save location (could probably also use the save swapper tool).

3. Then create a new save by starting the game in offline mode.

4. Double-check if the Wyatt Family Tag Team is there.

5. Save the game (change the brand of some Superstar in MyWWE and save it for example).

6. Use Xpacker to extract and save the tag team information file for the Tag Team Slots they are in for both My WWE and WWE Universe mode (or do it via cheat engine, although I'm not sure of the offsets, but you may be able to derive them from Pozzum's Tag Team table in his spreadsheet - I haven't tried. Xpacker says the size of a tag team entry is 160, although I'm not sure whether that's decimal or hexadecimal).

7. Exit the game, then exit Steam. 

8. Delete the new savegame and replace it with the old one.

9. Start Steam and the game in offline mode again.

10. While in the main menu, inject the Information for the Wyatt Family you have extracted for both My WWE and Universe Mode via Xpacker or Cheat Engine.

11. You should now have the default Wyatt Family back in it's default state and default slot configuration.

12. Save the game like in step 5.

13. Exit the game, then exit Steam.

14. Restart Steam in Online mode when prompted or manually use the "Go Online" option.

15. Start the game. When prompted, choose to upload the save data from your SSD or HDD to the Steam Cloud.

16. Play the game and check if it worked, then report back here to let everyone know.
