chances of getting banned for creating Hogan?

If this has been covered, i appologize and close this post, if not then i have a question, after last years wwe2k15 experience of people getting banned for creating Chris Benoit , what are the chances of people getting banned for Hogan? do you get banned if you create him and upload him? or just have him for your own person use? would they do that? you think his moveset and entrance might still be in the game maybe?

It all depends at the lengths they'll go. Even if WWE are "calling the shots," the title is still under 2K so it is their say. This thing could go either way and while there might be some operations in controlling Benoit CAWS because creators have different ethics, morales, and standards of how they perceive the distinction between the sportsman and the person, you will get more leeway with Hogan as far as public approval is concerned.

Let's be honest here, murder is a more contentious topic than "racist" comments or even rape. It's a matter of how the media publicizes the events. If Hulk Hogan creations are banned from Community Creations, then there is probable cause in banning Abdullah the Butcher CAWS, Jimmy Snuka CAWS, Dutch Mantell CAWS, Shawn Michaels CAWS, Ultimate Warrior, Von Erich CAWS, Fabulous Moolah CAWS, Steve Austin CAWS, Orlando Jordan CAWS and Chyna CAWS. The wrestling world is plagued with bad histories and negative associations which politicians can publicize for metaphorical jest. That is the incentive Vince has adopted the "sports entertainment" moniker to gravitate away from the bad rep "wrestling" has generated which spans from steroid allegations to sodomy, sexual abuse, drug scandals, and trafficking.

But of course, the names aforementioned aren't in Hogan's category. Hogan is in a class of his own and it all depends how often his name is relayed across outlets. At this point, I don't see Hogan being removed as there wasn't even a perfect filter implemented in expunging Benoit CAWS last year. But, Benoit CAWS are so few and far in between because it is a topic of contention which the overwhelming majority condemns.

Hogan's case is nowhere near murder and if he bullshits enough, people can look past it. It is the media which blows these stories out of proportion because Hogan is a big label to exploit like a Bono or Elton John. So, to answer your question, if Hogan is in the headlines and his name has considerably negative connotation attached to it, chances are there can be a filter set in place for him, but there won't be. It all goes hand in hand to how you regulate a CAW which will have such exceeding submissions? Nudes and Benoit CAWS are few and far in between because of the moralities I discussed earlier, but Hogan is a different issue altogether.

They will have to revamp their Community Creations to center around filtering Hogan CAWS and I don't think they are capable of pulling that off, even if they are the supposed indomitable be-all, end-all of sports title franchises. Hogan would need to make a public disparaging the Jews, join ISIS, and commit murder for there to be a dramatic change of public opinion. Otherwise, neither 2K or WWE can change people's views or the amount of Hogan submissions to Community Creations.

Does someone have to report you or do they have people spending their days trawling through creations to delete them?

i think that Bryan Vore said that they will release a creations guidelines before release.
