Well I didn't take in the whole quote but he explained how it worked for universe mode before, and said that whats new about create a show is that it works for exhibtion matches as opposed to universe mode.

As in, whats different is that this is for exhibition matches and you have something else for universe

I did notice for the CAW in this video the pale face texture again, once its been uploaded it becomes more pale than its suppose to be? I could be wrong tho sorry its not on topic but thought id point that out.

Don't worry, Universe should be separate so you can set up shows the same way as well as doing this for exhibition.

This isn't pointless this is awesome (IMO) as I do a lot of Universe and do Indy brands in Universe such as PWG, ROH, and even some NJPW and this is awesome for making them look real

Pity you can't upload custom matchup screen backgrounds. At least you can use logos on the  nameplate display but woulda been cool even if you could add an imported show logo over a generic background. Still, a big step in the right direction

Yeah, I don't think we'll be able to import a custom background but I can't say for sure as I didn't have any downloaded but maybe it's something they could add next year in the same way the logo importer works.

does this mean you can do the custom plate stuff in universe as well? i know you can select pre made plates. but not sure about making the custom plates. this is something 2k really needs to do a reveal trailer on. it's just not as cut and dry as it sounds

It just seems pointless to call it a seperate mode when you could already do this in 2K14 CAA.  The only difference is that there are new nameplates and you can add a show logo in exhibition now.
