Download Which Attire is You Need. Move to Pac/ch Folder. Look at the pac File. You Can See "ch205?2" . ? is 1 to 9 Numbers are Attires Numbers. You Need Universal Attire Unlock. Use This Method ;

did u do anything with his pofo or moveset files? Revert back to his default moveset & see if it works or not
