Why would anyone say you couldn't, just make sure the roster isn't big enough to get 30 or 20 lol

it was mostly bluemonkeymagic, titan and someone on that CheatCC Article that tried to tetll me otherwise.

actually it was 2k16 discussion since the cheatcc article said you couldn't do it. SMH Moderator Grapevine

Wouldn't it be considered a Battle Royal w/ only 10 people??

no not really. I honestly don't know the difference between a battle royal and rumble other than the fact you can have pin/give up in battle royal and a rumble you can't have those options and it's set in the rumble arena

There are three major differences:

1) The Royal Rumble has been a standalone event since 1988. A battle royal can happen anytime, anyplace but the Rumble always takes place once a year, every January.

2) With the exception of the 1988 and 2011 Rumbles, each Rumble has 30 participants whereas a battle royal can have any number of participants (which usually is 10 or more, or so).

3) In battle royals, all the participating wrestlers start in the ring at the same time as opposed to the Rumble. I don't know if there have been battle royal variations in the past where a new wrestler entered after a certain amount of time had passed, but the average battle royal has all of the wrestlers in the ring at once.

Exactly.  I would have just left Royal Rumble be 30 wrestlers or more, then just make the Battle Royals with 10-20 people.  I guess they can't have that many people in the ring @ once.

WCW World War 3 3 Ring 60 man battle royal suggests otherwise.  They had 30 in each ring.
