Cerb Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Ok, so we have all probably seen the new thing before and between entrances were you first see the arena graphics as usual but then when the entrance starts the superstars music and graphics turn on, and while this is a nice addition and it does make everything seem a bit more immersive, but can we all just agree on how un-realistic it is?In real life the music hits, about 2 seconds later maybe the titantron turns on, and then the minitron and walltron about a split second after.In game, everything turns on at once, and its so fake and looks so bad I might end up not using entrances at all this year, I mean not even does everything turn on at the same second, but it skips to the right camera angle as well, at the same second. It seems so fake, and could have been done a lot better by removing the camera angle correction, and just delaying the graphics and not have everything turn on at the same time. Just take a look at Dean's entrance down there, it shows it perfectly how bad this really is.Most of you might think its a very small detail, and it is, but its the small details that can really ruin a game experience, and I think this just looks so fake and off from how it is in real life that I can't see myself using entrances at all. Also I forgot to mention how the crowd is just instantly loud and cheering at that same second everything turns on. It's like a kill-switch. Quote

mrelectriccity Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 (edited) besides tha ppv's 90% of the time they take commercial breaks in between entrances, and which if they did that would really suck, esp if u have ever attended a live taping like when i went to the Slammy Awards last year most of the entrances i have on video where all during commercials, and when stardust and golddust came out right before the commercial break and it showed Stardust stand on the guardrail in front of the crowd he literally stood there the entire 3 or 4 mins it was on commercial break Edited October 10, 2015 by mrelectriccity Quote
