issue with reinstalling Arena Mod after reinstalling game

Hi all,

I had to reinstall the game and copied the great Attitude Era mod to the steam folders as before but after the reinstallation it is not working anymore as before.

That means that e.g. the arena pics in the selection screen do not get changed even when copied the correct .pac file to the correct location.

Also some issues with the arenas. Nitro arena has transparent floor and in ECW arena the walls to hide the audience disappear. Just to name two.

Already reinstalled several times and even copied an older save file to the steam folder but issue remains the same. Already validated the files that they are correct (extracted each file via xpacker and checked the textures for example)

Really do not know what causes the issue. Is there anywhere any cache of previous versions which may cause a conflict here?
