Importing older entrances from 2K14 to 2K15 help!

Thanks for that. When I looked at the uncompressed file, there was no EPK8 header. Also, the file size was smaller than the compressed.

I found out what to do to fix the black screen on Goldberg's entrance. How? I do not know.

It seems I am very close to getting it to work.

Rock Retro's EVZ from 2K14:

1C 0A 00 00 10 05 00 00 33 34 34 20 20 20 20 20

Red means it is the XX value, however I do not know what the YY value is. I've tried using 00 00 as the size. Upon viewing the pac in HxD, it does not show the BPE extension. Very unlikely, but could it be in 343 (Brock Lesnar)? Using 10 05 is the whole file.

To find the YY u must select the whole file in hex and see the length then using a hex calculator /100 then + 1 and u will get ur final result. so if u extract the rocks 2k15 pc one and look for the YY, u can see where it is in the file in order for u to know. If u dont wanna do it im willing to help u do this! :)

Update: Just extracted the rock's 2k15 pc evz and the YY is AF 12 in hex and so is the block that i selected which is the whole file. So in svr game series its the length but here its the block which is every single byte in the file. Im filling Dean Ambroses 2k14 one to have the exact bytes of the Rock's 2k15 one so then it will import and may work :)

Look at this image so u can understand it all:

Also by having this info about entrances. We can replace animations with other superstars animations and it may work, so then we can for example mix DX with the shield or whatever, it is kinda like advanced entrances except we can do more

Just tried injecting. It did not crash, but he is stuck in the middle of the ring.

EDIT: Retro Rock's EVZ length is 5F800. Divide by 100 and adding 1 makes 5F9.

It appears that my previous calculation was incorrect. I did it from the BPE of the EVZ. Retro Rock's YY value is F3 05, according to Entrance02. If that's the case, then is his XX BE 0A @CenzTom?

if it didnt crash and he got stuck in the middle of the ring it means we need the evp. Ill try and work it out and get the evep at the same size too and ill send it to u and u can try with evp and evz

This is wonderful news!  You're a big help. Although didn't El Buvor say that it crashes when the game loads the EVP?

Actually, do you think you could send me a guide, @CenzTom? I am confused at what to do.

I'll be making one as soon as this starts working properly with no problems. When i send u the EVP tonight ill try to fix it so it works in-game, i wouldve thought that it would work normally coz they should be the same format, ill check the files for differences

It crashes completely... I injected it into Rock's slot.
