Hello Everyone New To The Site.  Cool Video Like How Everything Flows. Just Got My PS4 So Ill Be Pleased Playing This Game This Year ( I Didn't Get 14 Last Year Cuz I Had Last Gen )

do you mean 15? you said 14 and welcome to the forums

I loooooove the animation for Vaders moonsault!

that's actually bam-bam's moonsault. it was in 15 last year as part of the wcw dlc

Also, at Brick. The gameplay has for all intents and purposes been similar in recent years following an accustomed formula which we've all been used to. While you won't hear much user complaints on it, it still doesn't live up to today's industry standard.

I referred to them as complacent on an existential regard as there hasn't been any major overhauls deserving of "next-gen" praise besides the visuals of course. Apart from that, it's mostly been recycled and rehashed. A proper wrestling game has long been overdue since SvR 2007.

And your point about Bugsy is moot. His body of work speaks for itself. He knows damn well what he's talking about. Although, clipping issues are an occurrence which are all too common even in today's big budget productions, it's most likely due to an older engine, which brings the Yukes payroll full circle. If 2K are smart, they've secretly put Visual Concepts to work in developing a current-gen engine to showcase in two to three years time. If not, I don't know how they will prosper riding Yukes's coattails based on brand recognition alone. Scratch that. They've somehow managed to have people drink the kool aid and blindly associate so they'll do just fine. It just isn't fair to the loyal fans of the series who have been clamoring for a wrestling game that fits today's bill.

i don't get this post what more do you want? the gameplay is the best it's been. people said they were tired of the transitional grappling. they did something about it. people said they were tired of the pin and submission system they did something about it. they wanted a stamina and weight detection that worked and they fixed it so i really don't get it.

^^ Its pretty clear what he wants..... an entirely new engine, which is what we shouldve had with 2k15.

I think hes right, as long as Yukes are onboard this game is always going to be sub-par

The game got an entire new engine in 2K15

Well i never had the Pleasure of playing KOC or any of those other games outside of Power move pro wrestling so that may be why i think that the series is the best it's been. also i do agree there needs to be a brand new engine and not code on top of the same engine we've had since the original smackdown.  I don't know i really don't know what could be done differently.  But i hold my reservations over yukes till after i play 2k16.  the only reason i say this is cause Bryan Williams joined the Yukes team to pretty much make sure messages don't keep getting lost in translation. that's been alot of the problems. we'll see. Although it could turn out a bad thing.  He could have stated another mass move ban again.
