Resetting Cheat Engine

Is there a way to undo the effects of cheat engine even if it means resetting all of the cheat engine changes e.g. like waltrons, and minitrons?

Depends what changes you want to make. If they're too big,  might have to reset your save file or manually edit it to its original values.

In the game I have modded superstars, walltrons, and minitrons. I'm trying to get the game to basically get refreshed so it has nothing modded at all

Verifying integrity of cache with steam might do that for you.

for changed minitron/walltron values, it's best to use pozzum's cheat engine table, as it will be extremely easy to change the values into their default ones
