dyn0myteCAW Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Nice. Some of JBL's commentary seems a little out of place but the game looks like it's playing great. Quote
Brianthespaz86 Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 that looks radtastic lol I cant wait. Quote
Raddad88 Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 I can't believe Kenta is in a www video game, so stoked they did his move set justice! Quote
Shattered! Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Awesome, was hoping to see some NXT guys in action. The GTS into the pin looks amazing! A couple of years ago, if someone was to say to me that Kenta, Prince Devitt and Kevin Steen would be in a game together, let alone a WWE game, I would have thought that was crazy... But now? Whoa 1 Quote
King87 Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Finally my universe mode will have a accurate NXT show on topic tho that whole sequence after the comeback is beautiful. From the sitting up disappointed animation from the kick out to the winning celebration. Cant wait to play this bad boy on the 50 inch in 1080p lol Quote
bluemonkeymagic Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 The animations flow much smoother now, only thing that makes me nervous is the fact theyre only showing selective highlights rather than full matches Quote

Sunny Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 JBL's a welcoming addition to the commentary team. Very nostalgic from his work in 2007.Nevertheless, it really is a testament to the lack of effort being adminstered in the audio department because there really is no sense of direction. I'm guessing they are told to "Speak into a microphone," as opposed to trying to simulate a television broadcast where you are enthusiastically driven and trying to compel your audience. This is also evident in their basketball games. Look at Kemba Walker' voicework in MyCareer for example. Now, granted, he isn't an actor, but you can only be as good as the tools you're presented with. There doesn't seem to be much editing being done in voiceover and it seems to be a straight .WAV file being outputted. This is evident from Enzo & Cass's entrance a few days ago as well as the NXT arena sounding as if it was a capacity crowd of 20,000+. It's embarrassing to see a subsidary division with a stellar budget fail to live up to today's standards in terms of sound in a time where audio brands are engulfed in a big market which isn't necessarily a niche and gamers invest in headphones which sometimes go into the triple digits. Some might see it as nitpicking the small, but it's so fundamental that it is an integral part of the presentation.Muting your television should never be an option which should be regarded positive and when I say it isn't difficult to mix audio, others can vouch and agree that it really is effortless even without background knowledge in audio compression. If such a case is made for individual recording due to scheduling, then there are such things called, "retakes" and "multiple takes." There really should be no excuse for audio to sound worse than it did in 2005 ten years later. An audio overhaul is certainly long overdue. I'll remain positive that from the videos which we've seen, this year the focus was on restructuring the moves. Maybe in the years that follow, they'll finally address the audio to be at least 3/4 on par with their basketball franchise.Gameplay, looks smooth from what I can tell, as it should, since they've had two years to work on what essentially is last year's game. For Brotch:Audio ist horrend. 2 Quote
mrjordanreece87 Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 (edited) looked like a good match and I agree with the audio being crap, its 2015 it should be better than 10 years ago, much better. I hope they'll add "John Cena sucks" on his entrance they added "you suck" on Angles all them years ago so why not Cenas?? Edited September 16, 2015 by mrjordanreece87 Quote
The Nomodder Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 I remember there was a problem with another game a few years back. The crowd was way to silent, and they patched it later. I think it was WWE13. Quote

Codes. Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Enzo and Cass just don't sound realistic. It just saddens me how little life there is to their usually badass entrance. 1 Quote
