Replacing .pac has no effect?

Hello, I've tried replacing a character pac with one of those I downloaded from on here, but there is no change. The pac number is ch348, its Kane. The replacement pac is a masked Kane, attitude era. But even after replacing the file, the old Kane is still showing up. Can anybody please help me with this??

Make sure you have deleted the arc file & remove any backups of the original file from the WWE 2K15 folder.
