JMike Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 The last time we could fully edit everyone in a wrestling game was in 2000, it's long overdue and everyone wants it. Who thinks that that it could possibly happen? Also, who will you edit if it happens? I'd, being myself, make a long haired Ryback with glorious golden hair. Also, I'd simply edit in game superstars to look like past selves because we gotta keep it current. Quote

MrBrightside1189 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Hair could happen, maybe, but WWE isn't gonna allow editing Superstars' faces and stuff like that anymore. WWE looks at their video games very differently than they did in 1999-2000 when that was a thing. Video games for them now are a part of their business structure, rather than just some fun thing to do on the side.I remember Marcus Stephenson and I had a discussion years ago on Twitter and it actually took a ton of negotiating with WWE to allow THQ to implement editing attires. They said "no" for years, because WWE wants to protect the integrity of their product and the likeness of their talent. Most of the WWE Superstars even have to get permission before they get a new tattoo or haircut, as it could alter the perception of their persona. Quote
