It's not common knowledge though, legends are usually always in WWE games but there have been games were we only got the main roster + about 15 legends, and by that i mean golden era legends, no one from the attitude era or anything like that.

With the Stone Cold showcase confirmed i guess its kinda obvious that we will be getting some attitude era superstars, but if it wasn't for that showcase then no its not obligatory that those would be in the game.
