Michael Wayne Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 I was playing early yesterday morning and everything was fine. Now, I went into creations to download a character and it didn't save properly. Saying the character was corrupted. I shut down my pc after playing, and booted up later that day and despite the fact the EULA and the Privacy Statement are shown as checked, the game won't allow me online saying I need to accept the EULA and the Privacy Statement? Has anyone encountered this, or have a workaround? I've tried going back into both and scrolling down, and then backing out, but again, it shows them checked. Quote
Michael Wayne Posted August 30, 2015 Author Posted August 30, 2015 Did you ever get it to work? Nobody has responded to this thread. I still can't access online or community creations. Quote
MOHIB Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 its same problem with me i installed beta attitude era and beyond mod after it i cant access community creations and online matches it also say to me to accept eula Quote
Michael Wayne Posted September 1, 2015 Author Posted September 1, 2015 Thought I would share an update. I tried editing the configuration file in the main wwe2k15 folder. Doing so, reset the game to default, including the eula and privacy agreement. It also seemed to cancel out my save. However, when I scrolled to the bottom of the agreements, and clicked start, the same error occurred. So I had no luck. Editing the config settings file back restored my save at least.. Quote
pozzum Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 From what I remember the best way to fix this is to completely empty your save folder start up the game and then overwrite the fresh save with the files from your old save so you don't lose anything. That's what fixed my problem when I had it. Quote
Michael Wayne Posted September 22, 2015 Author Posted September 22, 2015 Tried it, didn't work. It's something to do with the game going offline/online and not online long enough to do anything. I have the same problem with matchmaker and it's not a firewall permissions issue as I have the game set to allow. Quote
