how inject the modded characters and update the arc files

Ok I'm new here and downloaded the modded superstars. But in the info.txt it says inject the new pac files in the evtjob.pac . than says open the pac for the specific  superstar and update the arcs. How do I do all of this?? completely new to this. Not to modding but modding for this game.
