VIDEO: How to add to DLC list & remove unwanted characters

Did anyone figure out how to make the DLC characters stay gone? I tried it with just removing them from the selection screen and that worked (restarted and they stayed gone) but when trying to remove them from the MyWWE and Selection screen they always keep coming back

did you try changing their dlc pac to one you don't have like DLC 80?

I tihnk because it has the dlc indicator on the end that pofo unlocks it anyways... possibly.

So after chatting with him, don't do this 08 08 stuff change the unlock hex to 0 and the DLC Hex 2 to 90

Offset 10 to 0 and offset 16D to 5A in the Pofo way.

Did you manage to figure out what causes this? I tried disabling the extra DLCs like the Mark Henrys, when I started the game they were all back and now I am encountering the same problem as you.  

Universe is why I like to play this game, it would be really sad if I can't pick my rivalries.

PS: I also tried what Pozzum suggested, (changing the DLC hex 2 to 5A) but that didn't work either

Any help would be greatly appreciated

After Pozzum told me the method above, it worked initially but didn't save any of the removals (they would come back no matter what) To fix the issue, you're going to have to reset the Universe Mode I found.

Pozzum offered another fix which was to remove people (Without issues so far) Make the DLC Characters Managers, this way they go into the manager slot but don't break the game. I am currently at work right now but just change

Offset 10 (Should be 01 in HXD for DLC, you might have changed it to 00) to 03 and you don't need to change offset 16D. // I'm not great at explaining this but hopefully it helps.
