OK...So I downloaded Skeeno's no attire mod rar file but I have now realized that I also needed the Attires unlocked

Pozzum earlier suggested me to do it myself... but it would take a lot of time and also btw, the file is not that big.. maybe 2-3mb

Downloading 457MB again would be exceeding my data limit for the month...

So it would be a gr8 favour if someone could upload the string.pac file from his "Attire mod"..:D
