Repeated superstars?

Hi guys, hoping somebody can help me.

After adding in some of the new dlc created by modders i have come across this problem. Adrian neville seems to have been copied but if i select the copied version for a match, the game freezes.

does anybody have any idea how to fix this...or remove the extra neville.
