Modded titles?

I have seen many modded WWE World Heavyweight championships and some titles with a little polish, here and there, so I wondered if it was possible to perhaps create other titles like the TNA World Heavyweight championships or even bring back championships from previous games.

I was gonna to create a topic for this too, I used the NXT belt as X-division belt but it would be waaaaay better if a belt mod was made.
